Is there a minimum term on the monthly plan? No. Monthly Advice Plans are rolling monthly. There's no 12-month tie-in, no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Only the annual plan, which you pay for upfront, runs for a fixed 12 months.
Are the answers written by AI? Yes, and we'd rather say so plainly. Answers are generated using several leading AI platforms and cross-checked against published UK sources before they reach you. There's no human adviser reviewing each one. That's exactly why an answer costs pennies rather than £150 an hour and why we're clear about what it is and isn't suitable for.
How fast will I actually get an answer? Typically within minutes, at any hour. There's no queue, no office hours and no waiting for someone to be free.
How many questions can I ask? Up to 500 a month, per plan, under fair usage. That's a ceiling to stop abuse rather than a budget you'll feel - most subscribers ask a handful a week.
