Terms & Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of brokered advisory services (“Services”) by Business Starter Ltd (“Business Starter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to subscribers (“you”, “the Client”). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Nature of the Service
Business Starter acts solely as a broker and introducer to qualified and/or regulated professionals in each advisory area. We do not provide direct, regulated, or professional advice ourselves. Instead, we connect you with verified third-party advisors or firms (“Partner Advisors”) who are authorised to deliver advice in their respective fields. Business Starter does not guarantee, endorse, or accept responsibility for the accuracy, suitability, or outcome of any advice, recommendation, or service provided by Partner Advisors.
Important: Business Starter is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). All regulated advice is provided exclusively by independent Partner Advisors.
Advisory Areas Covered
Business Starter may provide introductions or brokered access to advisors in the following areas:

Business Advice: Strategy, planning, operations, and growth support.
Business Financial Advice: Introductions to FCA-regulated financial advisers for funding, investment, or financial planning matters.
Legal Advice: Introductions to qualified solicitors or legal professionals regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
Social Media & Marketing Advice: Guidance and introductions to marketing professionals or agencies for promotional strategy and brand development.
Procurement Advice: Brokered access to procurement experts for supplier management, cost optimisation, and negotiation strategy.
Each of these advisory services is delivered independently by the Partner Advisor under their own terms and regulatory obligations.

Business Starter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of any advice, recommendation, or information provided by Partner Advisors.
Any reliance you place on advice obtained through our introductions is entirely at your own risk.
You acknowledge that Business Starter does not provide legal, financial, or other regulated advisory services. The responsibility for due diligence and decision-making rests solely with you, the Client.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subscriptions to Business Starter services are for a minimum term of twelve (12) months from the date of activation.
At the end of each subscription term, your plan will automatically renew for a further twelve (12) months unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
No refunds or partial credits will be issued for early cancellation within the minimum term.
Business Starter reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing upon renewal, with at least 30 days’ notice provided to you.

Business Starter operates a Fair Usage Policy to ensure equal and reasonable access for all subscribers.
The Services are designed for typical business use and reasonable interaction volumes. Excessive or abusive use (for example, repeated or unreasonable requests for introductions, excessive advisor queries, or misuse of communication channels) may result in temporary suspension of access, or termination of your subscription without refund.
Determination of fair usage is at the sole discretion of Business Starter.
Subscribers will be notified in advance if their usage is considered excessive, and given an opportunity to adjust usage accordingly.

Subscription fees are payable monthly or annually in advance, as agreed at sign-up.
Failure to make payment within 14 days of the due date may result in suspension or termination of Services.
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Business Starter processes all personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Information shared with Partner Advisors will be limited to what is necessary for them to perform their advisory duties.
Each Partner Advisor operates under their own privacy and confidentiality policy, which you should review separately.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding associated with Business Starter remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.
Termination

Business Starter may terminate or suspend your subscription immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or act in a manner deemed detrimental to other users or our brand.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and associated materials.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
