What's included in a Business Builder purchase?
It varies with what you have selected. If you select an option that includes a subscription (Accountancy and website options), it will include a 12 month subscription. The Business, Finance and Marketing options include a Gmail email address and an account in each area you choose.
What is the idea behind BusinessStarter?
At BusinessStarter, we want make it as easy as possible for someone to start a business and help them realise their dreams. With our experience, we know what's needed and actually enjoy doing all the necessary boring stuff, so you don't have to.
Can I get help running my business?
Absolutely. We don't want to just help you create your business, we want to be there for you once you get going. When you need it most. We offer two types of help, advice or support. If you want to learn the ropes, there is an Advice Plan, where you can ask for expert advice, whenever you need it. Or if you want to concentrate on selling your idea, then the Support Plan is for you. The Support Plan is where you can utilise us to do all the administration side of your business, therefore letting you focus on the exciting parts.
What if I change my mind?
As everything is from external companies, any subscriptions cannot be cancelled once purchased until 12 months after. All account creations are completed immediately after purchase and can't be cancelled either.
What if a mistake has been made when creating an external account?
If the error was ours, we will correct any mistakes to match what you exactly want. If you made a mistake when giving the data to us, don't worry, we will gladly help sort it for you, if we can and at no extra charge. Our goal is to help you become the success we know you can be and that's why we don't charge for any setup changes.
